OTLBC is seeking an ambitious, energetic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager (Business Development). In this crucial role, you will support the management of various aspects of the business, and drive growth and expansion opportunities for our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving marketing and communication, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

This position is full time, with regular shifts in the evenings, weekends and Holidays.
